Like 2 BTC is what I can afford, I'm sorry.

Oh my word.. Its not even a priority, but if somebody will do it for the right price I'll buy one.
clever mind = talent... but with software only you're only going to be remixing someone else's stuff, never getting your own original sound, voice, or instrument into the mix. You would be limited to having some electronic voice speak what you want to say which has already been done xthousands amounts of times.
Voice over talent people get paid well because they can get what you want. If you have a good voice, sure, do it yourself, if not, hire someone.
