Tell me what the right price is for you.  I told you what I normally get paid....  make me an offer you can afford.  If I have the time I'll take it and do it if not no harm done.

clever mind = talent...  but with software only you're only going to be remixing someone else's stuff, never getting your own original sound, voice, or instrument into the mix.   You would be limited to having some electronic voice speak what you want to say which has already been done xthousands amounts of times.
Voice over talent people get paid well because they can get what you want.  If you have a good voice, sure, do it yourself, if not, hire someone.

It's done with high end mics, high end preamps, high end a/d and d/a convertors and finally high end mixing and mastering software and compression.

Then of course there is the talent of the person making it.

You could have the most expensive equipment in the world, but it's useless without talent & experience.

or the right software and a clever mind.....
