Also, if you have a real estate property worth 18k then no bank or sane lender would give you a 25k loan. The maximum you could get is about 80% of your collateral's value, and that too if you have an immaculate credit score. I am sure Brazillian banks work with the same localized principal of credit scores.

Your collateral is worth 20 grand, so I'd ask for 15 thousand at the most. If you have property you're better off going to a bank. Most lenders here aren't in Brazil, so going to go through all the procedures and expenses of securing your property for a loan is impractical.

That sounds like a lot of clothes for 25k, how are you going to sell it all in a few months since you haven't already managed to do that? Do you have a fully costed spreadsheet for any bank/lender to look at, you might want to make one.

You should check your local banks and pawn shops for a loan, especially if it's in fiat.
Physical collateral(s) it's difficult to be secured from people (lenders) outside your region/ country. Not to mention that their value is not quite objectively...
