it is but its got two cooling heads and so far the ones I've found online only have one. Plus this thing isnt worth the $100US or so it would cost to buy one of those.
isn't it just a hybrid water cooling block?
you might be able to re-purpose any gpu/cpu cooler if you were willing to get creative.

Hey all. As the title says, looking for a fried monarch or the cooling solution from a Monarch.
What it boils down to is one of my pumps failed on a Monarch and now it wont cool the board. I need the cooling apparatus. LMK what you have, shipped to Dallas Texas.
