I am looking for a good trading software which at least supports stop loss, API for different exchanges and charts.

I`ve tried BTX Trader and QT Trader already, but both of them could not fully satisfy my requirements.

Which software are the "Pros" here using?

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you might be familiar with ninjatrader or metatrader?

Btc-e has metatrader with leverage up to 1:3

In case your not familiar with metarader it has 100's of stock indicators, custom indicators can be found online for free via forex trading websites (or made), and automated trading can be coded within the mt4 platform via expert adviser scripts.

Green line is entry red is stop loss.

Do note mt4 needs to be open to execute orders/trigger stoploss.

i just trade in the mintpal.com directly

Yeah but hes asking for a software with stoploss so you cant go back to the exchange and see you lose 50% of your coins because of a dumper.

I've testet a few different programs now.
My favorite is

https://cryptrader.com/

It is lean, works in browser but got a lot of nice functions.
Everyone looking for a good trading platform: Try this one!

(It has nothing to do with cryptotrader)
Yes! The best!!

I write my own stuff. But then, I'm definitely not a 'pro'...  Cheesy

For those writing their own bots --

We (CoinMKT.com) just launched our own API.

It’s a trade API, and a platform API. It’s been designed with the entire spectrum of thecrypto-economy in mind –from simple trade bot implementations to helping sophisticated Bitcoin companies operate and exchange with ease.

Our goal is to provide a center exchange point for traders, institutional investors, merchants and payment processors. You can read more about the API documentation & release here (https://coinmkt.com/#!api). If you have any questions or issues, please email.

I have been using Cryptotrader for a couple of months now and it's great fun. Am I rich? No, I did make some money using the bots but no miracles. But it usually outperforms buy and hold and I can sleep better not checking the exchanges all the time.

I was looking into cryptrader, not cryptotrader.

But anyway, is this a good platform for trading too, or only for bots?
Did you "make" a bot on your own or did you rent one? Is it easy to make such a bot or does it require programming skills?

I am looking for a good trading software which at least supports stop loss, API for different exchanges and charts.

I`ve tried BTX Trader and QT Trader already, but both of them could not fully satisfy my requirements.

Which software are the "Pros" here using?

Thanks in advance!

Hi there, just curious, specifically what was missing from BTX Trader?

Ilya

I was able set orders, but they never got executed. Support didnt help at all.
I`ve tried any kind of order. API from Bitstamp AND Btc-E was connected correct.

Also programm was froozen few times. Over all it did not make a good impression to me.

Apologies, we are a small team and were in the middle of releasing additional features.
We have since greatly improved order handling and execution of orders in the system.

I encourage you to give BTX Trader another try. As for freezing, we have not seen this come up. It might be caused by the fact that BTX Trader now pulls in realtime market data for *all* exchanges (even the ones that dont have realtime feeds).
You can also try our new web trader, while it is still new, we're iterating on it at least biweekly.

Web trader doesnt have stop loss, which is very important for me. I will not use any platform or software without that.
How can I give BTX another try. It does not execute my orders. I wrote to support. I think YOU (Illya) answerd: "We will have a look, stand by."

So I will give it a try again, as soon you send me an answer with an solution.

Thanks Billysweird!

Just looking at cryptrader.com.
It seems to be pretty much what I am looking for.
Anyone got experiences with that?
