To make it clear about the escrow I have knocked the man yesterday. And I see I have already talked with him in past by seeing his job offer. So I asked about this current job and He told me about some task. And I also asked him about the escrow. He is not agree to use any escrow. So I will suggest you guys it's very risky for you if you agree to do his job without escrow.
His refusal to not use an escrow for deal is a clear indication that he doesn't have those funds at hand to pay and is relying on whatever the job to be done to pull through. Otherwise, it would just be a wasteful adventure. The fact that OP wasn't willing to release more description and information about the deal but had enough time to talk about the expected renumeration is a huge red flag. There's no point spending another meeting on this as its a useless venture.
