Being a newbie, if you really want to attract clients, I suggest that you lay down all your experiences and let them analyze and decide on it.
Finding a job nowadays is hard due to a big competition, in both online and offline world.

It's like finding a job in real life where we put all our experiences and qualifications in the resume we submit.
Sure. I can do it if client contacts me.

This is a non-professional attitude and i am afraid if you can't get any work without first telling people what are you good at and your previous experiences.
Online job finding is similiar to find job in real life, so you should follow the same guidelines. Good luck .

You dont understand the point. You wont get any "job" here if you dont post your older works or a reference to your old works. People here look for professionals if they need any and just saying that you are very talented wont get any client in the first place.

If you are serious about getting a job in any of the skills that you say you have try it in real life and see how much that works. You could also try freelancing some gigs.

But work reference is important because that is what the client would want to see. They dont want a random newbie from the internet to waste their time.
