I did not find your project website, if you link in your bitcointalk profile I think I will visit it as well as several other bitcointalk contributors, between creating a website and Buy a copper membership I think it is the same as spending money, unless you can create a website or social media busines you might cut costs more, but if you want to be as professional as possible of course this is not a problem. If you already have a good proposal you can search and post it by making an advertisement on the service board or marketplace in this forum, all forms of services and job vacancies in this forum are very updated and active and many professional members rank up there, who may be interested in working with you. I'm sorry, I also don't see in your thread and post history about the service project, is this still new or in the process of development?

If you are looking people to promote your project then hire a manager or post your own signature campaign thread in Services board.
If you need high ranking account to post your ANN then you no need anyone's help, just buy copper membership: Newbies can now pay a small fee to enable images and enjoy the member rank perks.
