Yeah. Once the buyer pays for the product you are selling, the funds will be held by the escrow or the company. Then if the buyer already got the product. Then he/she will have an option either refund the money ( if not satisfied) or release the funds (if satisfied). Once the buyer releases the fund. It will be sent to you.
Looks like buyer can receive a working code and yet lie about it clicking refund.
