Co-owner will either bring his rigs out and set them up (preferred), or we can negotiate a price for myself to get them up and running after they have been shipped in.

I am proposing a LTC farm.....not BTC.  I should have been more precise.

So no mistake, I did mean 60,000 KH/s.

Also, did you mean 60,000 M in the OP?

Edit: I get it now. My other question still stands, PM me if you like.

Where is the datacenter located and will you accept BTC?

Location is in the Northwest (PM me for more detail).

Of course I accept BTC!   Grin

I am currently working on my 3rd data center (this is a colloquialism you tech-Nazis), and am interested in partnering up with another LARGE miner to defray some of the fixed costs.

I am sourcing 1500-2500 SF of secure industrial space, wired for 3 phase/220 power.

The cost will be $1,000 - $1,200 per month, split 50/50

It would be a minimum of a 1 year commitment, and I would require 3 months up front for security.

Power is very cheap, approximately $.04 per incremental KWh.

You would be responsible for maintaining your own rigs remotely, though I would have no problem doing a hard reset on a rig or two when I am at the location should the need arise.

My projections figure the space can support in excess of 60,000 KH/s in total.  How that is split is open for negotiation.
