I think if you are that transparent enough you could have at least showcase your exchange as you have said that exchange is operational, yes even if you don't want to share exchange details you should at least use your project name to reach out to people here, like you know since you aren't sharing any information about your project you would hardly find any partner as you said. Anyway good luck with your project and know that people here have experience more than you and you can't outsmart them.
