Why not just make a vpn or change your dns settings ? I am acyually locked out of primcedice because of my dns settings being set to usa for my netflix xP Otherwise anyone here can just make you an account but stay safe keep the info safe make sure the person who created your account can't get back in later on.

Opera (yes, that browser) advertised that it has somewhere in-built free VPN, you have to activate it though.
I don't know if it's only in the mobile version or desktop too, but imho it worth researching a little bit more on this subject.

I find those IP address changer things on browsers can slow your internet down so much that it might be tricky to play primedice in any fast way at least.
I think you can create account in primedice using TOR browser as they can't know your real country if you suffle the ip address in tor browser. Don't know why they block few countries.

You can decide from which address to play from your TOR browser by clicking NEW TOR IDENTITY anytime you don't like the country you have got your IP from. To check where your IP is from check.torproject.org through TOR to see your IP. I think this helps a lot in cases like yours.

Someone else making an account won't work (afaik). PD checks the origin of the current IP address you are using, not the one you registered with.
You need to find the IP address you need.

Why don't you try to register again using other gmail and bitcoin address account. and i think pd allowed multi account.. so you can not ban or lock..
