Also it will be better if you post your job details in xbtfreelancer.com and workingforbitcoins.com. The latter is a new site but there also you can find many developers suitable for your job. What I mean is that they act as an escrow and only release the coins when both part are pleased. They can also intervene when there is a problem from any part.

You might be better off searching locally. I've found that it's easiest to get a developer and myself on the same page when we sit face to face and really hammer out the details rather than going back and forth via internet.
Dev wanted for coding a simple app for me. The app is not crypto related. Its context menu for windows platform with a few additional features. Escrow if u want. Can break ur pay into few installments and release these to u after u have reached a particular milestone. If interested send me a pm.
