POW & POS (If possible)
Unlimited coins
Premine
Windows 32bit and 64bit wallet already compiled (ready to download and use) + daemon and source
If possible a osx wallet as well
blockchain explorer
1-5 nodes for 3 months
and help setting up a pool and possibly listed on an exchange

Nobody who knows what they're doing will lift a finger for this 0.25 BTC. 3.00 BTC is the minimum that people would consider.
