And what are the prerequisites to list on your exchange? I am assuming that you represent them in an official capacity and not just a reseller/referrer.
More importantly, what will you do to keep the shitcoins away from the platform and differentiate yourself from the herd? Especially since there has been so many exchanges of lately. Its getting hard to even keep track. Now people regularly avoid acquiring new coins just to avoid a 'shit-exchange'..
