I have heard that Bitcoin is banned and illegal in Russia, how do Russians get involved in Bitcoin?
Apparently they can be involved and doing well. Because on PrimedDice there are dominant group of players. That is why Stunna is looking for Russian PR guy. It takes more than telling people to stop using bitcoin for them to actually stop doing so. Russia is no exception from that rule.

I know a guy that is Russian and loves to gamble, but he is not a member on this forum.  Would you consider him for the job?

Is he involved in bitcoin at all?
