Now I know why you still have no one invest into your project, you are trying to sell a product to prospective investors and all you talk about is money and nothing about yourself or the company. No one will invest into this, if you have a good idea, outsource your funding to others to help you raise fund and pay them for their service because you are not good doing so and let those you are capable to their job

It's not good for the community to have certain information. I don't want our community to be bombarded with speculation, especially when we are doing well behind the scenes-- having an offer from a VC. We also want to keep clear of any SEC issues as providing information such as "we are close to closing a deal for venture capital" may be construed as promoting the token as a security.

Much more interested in talking to an investor one on one and letting them do due diligence on us.

I also don't think this is the best place for such a request, but in the heart of succeeding, any place is worth exploring.

Why not disclose all of those info including what's the coin that you have been owning and who are your teammates? Investors wouldn't be interested with a newbie just came in to the forum giving short info about your project.
What exchanges are these where your coin is listed? I think there's a problem on your marketing and the usecase of your token that's why people aren't buying on it.
Okay, if that's what you said. I'm asking too much to be honest. It's what the people must know to save not just your time but also forum member's time if ever they are interested with your deal. You are in a bitcoin forum and you can tell what you think is beneficial to your project but what I'm just asking were few basic things that an investor should know. Good luck to your project and I wish your project to succeed and will be beneficial to the community.

Why don't you try to get in touch with angel investors? There are sites ranking the crypto currency angel investors out there and let you contact them directly. I am sure you will be way more successful this way than with this thread in the altcoin section of BTT ;-)

Good luck!

I think the only option you have is to participate in pitching conferences, seminars and events where you present your project details to the high worth investors and if they are satisfied with your project you can raise big funds from them.

I'm the founder of a Cryptocurrency/altcoins that I've been working on for the better part of a year and a half.

We are listed on a handful of exchanges, but have zero volume as we are trying to finance our products.

We were recently courted by two VC firms who would like to help us raise funds through roadshows, similar to Blockshow, if you're familiar.

Their fees are reasonable, but unattainable from our coffers. The two funds have raised somewhere around $200 million in the past year, I've confirmed this by communicating with the company's they've worked with.

I'm looking for a partner or two to seed fund this initial step.
I don't think you'll find your partner here, I'd personally contact people on Linkedin instead - this way you can sort through people who can actually help you out.
Unfortunately this forum is nowadays mostly good for crypto-related water cooler talk and some banter. There's better places for business inquiries.
