What kind of registration is nessesary for this cards? Does it need ID or something?

i am not 100% sure but you can't get an anonymous card in France
you can by one in a supermarket it but after 1 month they are disabled if you didn' register it.
why do you want a SFR one ?
If you want an anonymous one i can provide you one but from Ukraine (service provider = life)
you can recharge it online... no registration needed.
