Not sure what the best way to do this is.
Sometimes it's worth paying a bit more to know that you purchase is authentic and won't have any issues such as with the warranty.

Your probably best off buying amazon gift cards and then buying the surface pro 3 from them

Have you looked into https://app.purse.io? I don't know if there is an upper limit on the amount of BTC you can spend, but it worked fine for me in the past with two small orders.

Edit: I would be very careful if you are thinking about buying Amazon gift card codes. There are a lot of scams on the forum for giftcards and I doubt a legit seller would offer a price lower than what they could get over at purse.io.

I have read through quite a few threads about purse.io problems. B!z, research them prior to trusting them.
