If you need a campaign management then as it was already mentioned you can just pick one of the trusted bounty managers. It seems like they are not charging high fees nowadays.
But if under "help with announcement" you mean only ANN thread without anything else then you better do it by yourself. You just need to get a Copper Mamber rank so you could post images.
