Agreed with nubbins, we shouldn't be placing bids unofficially without the owners consent.  Wink

I'll be looking forward to an auction if it takes place.

Good Morning,

I am new here and I am just looking for some advice on how to go about selling a Casascius coin. I have a 0.1 BTC funded .999 silver coin from Mike Caldwell. Any help would be great in being able to sell it. Let me know if you have have any advice or interest. Thanks!

You should probably read back through the last 5-10 pages in this subforum before you decide to sell your coin. It's worth significantly more than face value.

Those who have tendered offers so far should be moderately ashamed of themselves.  Roll Eyes

Welcome to the forums!

Are you aiming for more BTC or fiat/paypal?  If you're looking for BTC you've found the right place and if you're not familiar with escrow I believe some individuals here can point you in the right direction for information.

You could either do an auction on it or you could sell it in the collectibles section. Either way, you'll have lots of interest if you post some pictures with your username on a sticky note beside it Smiley

I could offer the 0.1BTC it's worth. Hell, I'll even cover the shipping because I'm such a nice guy Smiley

Thanks the info on where to go to auction or sell it. I will probably be able to get more than 0.1 etc for this, thanks again~
