if i am not mistaken, polonies is the biggest altcoin exchange but it needs you to verify your account and will block many countries.

but bittrex that i am using is big and also don't ask for verification. they want it only for huge trade volumes.

and try to stay away from yobit as possible or you will regreti it.

Lots of here saying good about yobit. I also think yobit is fine but not the best exchange service. lots of yobit's altcoin's wallets are not working and they are maintenance for long time. yobit have a week customers support too.
I prefer to use c-cex.com. my favorite altcoin exchange site..

As stated in the topic i am looking for an exchange. To be more specific, it should have low fees an many different altcoins and ICOs to trade. As i am not a big fan of any kind of verification processes, it should operate without proof of id. We are not talking about big sums, so no big withdrawals will be made. I just would like to test trade a bit. Thank you Smiley

Well there are many exchanger which allows you to trade without revealing own identity. Big names are Coinexchange, Bittrex, Bter, HitBTC, Poloniex, YoBit tec. You can join there to learn how trading works how crypto market moves. As well a can stay update with ICO for new launching coin with bounties.

I do not mind if some of them are seen as a bit risky. So long as there are not an obvious scam. I do not want to trade with a huge amount, so i would not mind to lose my "investment".
You can throw some names at me and if you had some experience (bad or good) with them. I also do not mind if i end up with more then one exchange using.

I obviously don't know all the exchanges. I worked mostly with Poloniex and Bittrex. They have big volumes, but no ICO/small coins.

The exchanges you may need are Yobit, Bleutrade, Cryptopia, Nova exchange and so on. But I have no experience with, I used them too rarely to tell much. They handle new coins, they handle ICOs, but they may have very low volumes too. I advise you to ask more opinions and also do some research by yourself too.

I have used bittrex and bitfinex. Bitfinex has more sophisticated analytics for an advanced trader type, but bittrex has decent execution and (so far) acceptable withdrawal times. And bittrex has very broad asset pairs that you can take a bite into.

I have been using yobit.net for trading alt coins in the last month. There are plenty of different coins actively traded on the exchange.

It always depends on which coin you want to trade and then choose the exchange with the highest average volume in daily trades in the last several days. On yobit the volume per each alt coin is stated right next to the price. Easy to use for beginners.

The bigger and most reputable altcoin exchanges don't really handle ICOs and wait until a coin is a little older to make sure they don't do business with scams.

So for your needs you will have to find a couple of smaller exchanges, but which are somewhat riskier too to work with. Not long ago (months?) there was a case of an exchange having a false ICO.

There are a lot of popular exchanges,I would recommend where I am more comfortable and making a profit and that is Yobit, there are hundreds of coins in their database and no problem about verification and withdraw is also instant..
