On blockchair click on the number of outputs.
For example:
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/outputs?q=recipient(bc1q34aq5drpuwy3wgl9lhup9892qp6svr8ldzyy7c),is_spent(false)#

Back in the day, blockchain.info's [before moving to .com] explorer had that function but it no longer lists UTXOs as it used to and it keeps on giving inaccurate results & errors...
- It shows its results with a string of words/letters [not like how it used to show (image source)].
Take note: I'm not looking for a wallet with such function.
