I guess it would be good if you post this in Service Announcement because I think this section is for BTC payment only and so you offer paypal method, unless you gonna change it to btc which is more convenient for everyone in here.

You will get tonnes of ICO review writer here , and some of there are pretty well at their jobs as they have got some technical informations related to ICOs . Tokentops is hiring and paying a fixed rate of 50 cents to many people for reviewing ICOs. I would suggest you to put a bar by which people could understand what sort of review you want in terms of length .
recently someone posted a job like this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/earn-05-for-ico-review-cloused-2082335 the details are there and how much he is wiling to pay. I have completed some of the jobs ,but din't write many because the payment is late and I am still waiting for the last job that I have finished.

I can do 0.5 per 100 words review. If i like the ICO I can do longer than 100 words and the extra words are free of charge.
wooOw.you are asking a 0.5 BTC? for 100 words? I guess that is too much mate and you are just a newbie, it is better to start in low than asking too much for it, though it is not that simple to construct a review for an ICO but yet 0.5btc is too much.
what I mean is 0.5$ worth of btc sorry for not clarifying it because i am used to be in paid by cash not by btc.
