I really can't think of any card that'd fulfill all those requirements. Perhaps you should contact providers individually because only them ought to know better.

Looking for 2 types of services/ cards
1. I need a service where I can create more than 20-30 virtual cards without any problems in a sec. (Something like SEB bank offers in online bank, where you can create as much cards as you want 1 or 100 in hour without problem). (Support from Kardiz told me that I can create s much accounts there as i want and on every account can be created 3 cards) But may be someone knows where I can do the same but with 100 cards?
2. Urgent: looking for service, where i can create a virtual card, which can be load up with 3rd parties. I want use a card in online casino and withdraw money to this card. (Also Support from Kardiz told me that I can do that, also anonymous however I can not withdraw money from this card to anywhere) May be cryptopay, but they asked for documents if you want to load up the card from 3rd parties.
Anyone can me help with right service? Better if it is anonym.
