Best two in my opinion are namesilo.com and namecheap.com they have whois and accept Bitcoin as well.

Why not just create a fake name and use your btc on namecheap, that should help privacy incase that's what you worry. a lot of  scammer do this after all.
if you put your real info, whois will still give it away when someone is determined enough to get your info.

The details while registering a domain must be real. Because , if the registrar hold ur domain or cancel it , you have to provide them with identify proofs of yours to prove that you are the real person submitted real data .

I changed all my whois details to total junk the other day. The only thing you receive a massively suspect looking email from icann which is super phishy looking but actually legit asking you to confirm the email address or the domain is suspended. I think the risk of losing a domain is less of a worry than having all of your details publicly accessible.

I want to register a domain plus a small webhosting plan. The domain registration must be anonymous. Domain ending does not matter because the domain name is absolutely unique and should be available with all domain endings.
Further it should be possible to pay with Bitcoin or any other crypto coin.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried steadyturtle.com? That is anonymous and quite cheep at around $2 for domain registrations and a 1GB SSD!

They seem to be quite a good site and have no hidden fees as you pay a certain amount per month!

Not sure if there are any other anonymous sites like this either, but this one is quite good for cheap domain registration.

If your website is not bitcoin based and don't break the namecheap policies and rules, then i can host your site on my namecheap hosting i have 1 year hosting plan without any use.
Why would it not have to be Bitcoin based? Namecheap accepts Bitcoin, I don't think they would have anything against a Bitcoin based application.

OP, why don't you try using Namecheap? While you would have to give namecheap your personal information, they have an option called WhoisGuard so that you don't need to use your real information in the Whois information. That way no one actually knows who is behind the website and you would be safe. You can also pay using Bitcoin on namecheap.

+1 for NameCheap. They accept payment in BTC and have the WhoisGaurd. I have had a "suspicious activity" support email from them but a quick message back explaining that this was to stay 'anonymous' and they were all good.

Thanks for your offer, but it is Bitcoin-based. if it would not be Bitcoin-based then i would not search for anonymous hosting and domain registration.

Have not thought on registering a domain with fake data, yet. i do not want to use it for illegal stuff, but i fear that the country i live in will hunt people in the future if they are releated to Bitcoin in any way.

According to ICAN you need to have real whois, but i've never been caught with fake whois.
It's fine as long as the email is real Tongue

Search google for "Bullet Proof Domains"... some of them accept BTC and is 100% anonymous but they charge you extra for it.

I suggest you ask a trustable community member to register a domain or host for you. He could setup the a website for you. You are still the real owners of the site.

I used this place back in 2014 without issue for an offshore marketing website I was working on for a customer.  I used paypal with them , but they do list bitcoin on their site.

I have a suggestion but don't know if it works 100%.
Try getting a virtual credit card, with fake details and try to register with it, this should work.
