Hi, my name is Nicky and I am looking for some advice on launching a ERC20 token. I am not a developer but have been interested in cryptoeconomics for some time. My project is a first of its kind that would involve issuing tradeable tokens in order to raise capital.
1) Would a simple smart contract that collects ether and issues a token in return work or would I need something elaborate like this https://github.com/TokenMarketNet/ico/blob/master/contracts/Crowdsale.sol ?
2A) Is it necessary to have the smart contract audited at all?
2B) If answer to above is Yes, it necessary to have the contract audited by Zepplin or would any other auditor work?
Any other advice above what I've asked is much appreciated.
