In my opinion the best networks (for publishers) are:
Cointraffic.io
CoinAd.com
MellowAds.com
Bitvertise.net (no secret I own it)
Some of them have strict requirements.
i can also recommand you a-ads.com and mellowads for starting and then use coinad.com
i think coinad is best paying adnetwork but you need a good alexia ranking !

I use a-ads, mellow ads, bitmedia.io and cointraffi.io
so far I would rank them
1) Mellow Ads
2) Bit Media (Very close call between them and mellow ads for #1)
3 A-ads
4) Cointraffic (only been using for less than a week so dont have much stats)
