I am just looking for alternatives to btc and easy to mine digital coins....

Easy to mine means they do have a low difficulty and total network hasrate = no good signn, mostly dead coins.

Have a look at these Multipools, they mine a lot of altcoins. It's a good start for doing some research:

Why do you want to have Ripple may I ask? I'm a bit skeptical about huge premined coins but Ripple is here for a very long time. I wonder what new people have interest about this coin?

Ripple is not a PoW (mineable) coin, it has been premined by it's developers. You just need to buy it.
For LTC (Scrypt coins in general), there are many different ASICs out there.
The most efficient are made by Innosilicon (called "Terminator").
