I Have sign up here.But now I am facing a great problem.They wanted paypal/credit card for activated this vps.There also Bitcoin payment processor but first I have must deposite with paypal or credit card.But I have no paypal/credit card.
Now what can I do? Can I use Virtual credit card? If yes,then anyone suggest me a Virtual credit card with good features..

The second cheapest plan can be used to run simple non-ram intensive game server such as Manic Digger - a game similar to Minecraft. vultr.com has top quality severs, better than digital ocean.

As for amazon i didn't know they offer free service like this, i am surprised from this thieves

If you really want the best ones then I'd suggest Amazon, Google, Microsoft. but if you are trying to pay with bitcoin I can't suggest because I don't know which one is best though you could search google "buy vps with bitcoin'.
Check out fra.me you might like their service but they are not accepting crypto yet.
