If you have some sort of collateral, I can give you a small loan. Without collateral, there is not much of a chance of getting a loan.
Since i was posted a topic with "buying" bitcoin,
but i just have a local payment bank because i dont have credit card to verified international payment.
I try to talk with some people, and the result was NONE!
its hard to see someone with the same country and trading bitcoin.

Which country are you from? Maybe you can try btcjam if you want to lend. You can even find someone from your local there. Don't forget to check localbitcoin also. You can see people from your local who are buying and sellig bitcoins in there.

Sec, are you trying to begging on here? i think thats againts with rules. Theres already "lending" section thread if you want searching for loan, i think its better if you ask on there.
