this is a valid suggestion OP. xbtfreelancer has a lot of experienced freelancers..
and I suggest you to use fiver and upwork as well. they are also huge platforms with lots of coders and developers and lots of bitcoin related also working there.

what do you want project, you want create new altcoin
is many developer is open service create new altcoin if you want, if you pay only new altcoin is finish, i think is very dificult you can get it programing, minimum salary or fee ready in escrow hand

What kind of "Bitcoin" developer are you looking for exactly? The one who can develop a new Altcoin? Or the one who can create Bitcoin related application like a wallet or mining software? Or maybe a developer that can develop websites like casino or faucet?

Judging from your signature, it seem like you are looking for front-end and back-end web developer for a casino project. Maybe you should state that in your post so people will not get confused. You should also include more information such as the amount of budget you have for the project - so that people can send you a salary expectation within your project budget.
