If you want to use your debit card to buy the bitcoins, you can use the localbitcoins.com to buy the coins or sell it too. Please check the traders information and their trust before you have a trade with them.

If you you find the traders trust rate lower than 100 means avoid that person to have trade. Once you find the bitcoin in your wallet you can send transaction from the net banking.
