Not to judge directly but I would like to ask on how you gonna give assurance into your possible investors into such project? Knowing that people online wont easily entrust other people with their money on just saying things that they do have cheap electricity blah blah blah and expect to get a financial support already?.Its a big No for sure and you would really get any on this forum because we are not totally fools that just throwing out money into ventures isn't really sure at all and also this kind of proposals do been seen for hundred times already. If it was to do what you are saying only with your mind, then why you look for investors? Actually donators, because you don't have anything for someone to invest in it.
Probably you think with your great mind that talking about farms, mining etc is catchy and an easy way to fool others.
So you say empty words and hoping to catch some ignorant members to your trap and get 0.85BTC. Which is, in fact your purpose.

I totally agree with the ergonometrics factor in building a farm. Surely it would be worth the sacrifices,effort youve exerted to build such a structure. Taking it to another level makes it even better in performance and giving good returns and feedback and impression to stakeholders in case you become a client based in the future:)
He started with 1 unit. now its 2 already. And hes pretty doing well being an indie miner. Just need to ensure to ventilate it well.

lucky for you. in my country I pay too dear to have electricity and electricity is low quality, it is always oscillating the current and if I had mining equipment would probably explode.

Ive seen a coverage in fb about the farm of bitcoin mining in Russia. and its pretty huge and impressive. Some of my friends, also ventured into BTC mining just in the back of their humble room.
