About The Position
Harmony is a fast and scalable blockchain. We are looking for a smart, creative, and strategic community and forum manager to maintain and grow the company's awareness across communication platforms such as Reddit, Gitter, and 4chan. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and building a large social presence on these exact platforms and understands how to be engaging on each of these platforms. Additionally the candidate has a passion and deep knowledge of blockchain technology and a deep understanding of community sentiment and trends.  

Primary Responsibilities

Own, write, schedule, and optimize daily content across these social platforms
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Work with the head of growth and marketing team to grow Harmony's social voice and social presence.
Ability to speak uniquely to each type of audience.
Ensure that all social content is accurate, compelling, on-brand, and posted according to social calendars.
Be creative and pitch social and social-extension ideas to reach targeted audience in new ways.

Personality Fit

Passionate about community growth and growth hacking strategies
Hands-on knowledge of the mentioned platforms and how to growth hack
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing skills and attention to detail
Sound qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
Have the desire to work in an intense, committed  startups environment with dynamic and  talented team
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to execute fast and take initiative.
