At least post a compensation on what form will you gonna pay your employees since many people are interested to do the job and also we want to know if you will pay in BTC,alts or via in token. If this information will be shown and you will pay with Btc or any alts with value you will get those best guys here. But if you pay in alts provably you will get a less interest since many doesn't want to get a token with no assurance to get traded on big exchanges.
