"The salaryof all team members will be tied to the ICO rounds of our ecosystem. And in order to pay for our work, they first must be released.They can only be released in ICO rounds. Such rounds will be held on average once a month. We will put the ICO rounds on the conveyor and we will make them on a regular. Gradually we'll go out to one round every 4 weeks, and then maybe once every 3 weeks. There are 2 required conditions: 1) The project founder receives his fee the last. It means that he will not receive a cent until all the other team members will have received their full salary. 2) Tokens, earned by the project, are spent primarily on team salaries, and only then on marketing and other expenses. What salary per month do you want to receive if it is tied to the euro?"
Note to all potential applicants, working for tokens in any part-time to full-time capacity is complete lunacy. STOP WORKING FOR TOKENS AND TRASH PROJECTS WILL STOP APPEARING.
It is respectable if they afford payments with Euros to the participants/ the workers, it will be more solid and trustable. The conditions are somehow hard, it would be acceptable if we see them really paying their workers on time, i would be really ready to help in everything related to the Arabic language. The team got in touch with me, i'll discuss this offer with them later on. Your reply is reasonable and logic, we must stop helping the shitcoins, Parodium.
