What makes your wallet different so that you require to get a seed round first before making an MVP?
How will you profit from this business, do you take fees from transaction or something like that?
What's the  0 private key tech you're talking about?

I'm interested to learn more about your project, I find it surprising to see a wallet app requires seed funding (or maybe I lack knowledge about wallet development).

Hey guys I'm a ux/qa engineer in Atlanta and I'm in the process of building a wallet app. I have talked to a few angel investors over the last fewmonths and before moving forward I need a solid team. The wallet will focus on payments, base currencies and stablecoins as I believe stablecoins and sto are the present and future. The plan is to accept a seed round and build out the mvp. We are considering an ico but the angels I've talked to have stated private funding may be our route of option.

The wallet will completely focus on UX , plain simple, and so easy that your grandmother could use it. We are not looking to focus on storing 100s or 1000s of ico tokens but will focus on payments. Also a big feature on a "limited" 0 private key technology.

Would love to share more if anyone would like to discuss by email or telegram we can exchange contacts. If any one is  experienced in biz dev or legal/compliance, let's talk as well!

Thanks
