You will only msg and if the person is offline, he may reply you late. If you need to measure the time, you need to make sure a person is online and tell him to respond as soon as possible as the time counting has been started.
I dont measure the time, it gives me an idea. That is one of the reasons. It takes 2 mins if your holding this knowledge already.

Why can't you just reveal your company to us and be transparent instead of making us curious and still wondering? No disrespect, but I have been in this situation many times already with the statement of "I am looking for a few like minded people" which is common almost everywhere, and ended up getting offered with scammish or ponzi opportunities instead which I immediately rejected them.
