Here's what you are looking for https://coinshost.com/en/dedicated (apart from unlimited bandwidth)

Access to TOR is not blocked, however we do not allow exit nodes on our servers.

doesnt sound dodgy at all. can you give some more details about what ur going to be doing?

Wrong !

Tor Network ? And you say not for illegal uses ? These 2 dodn't belong in the same sentence and paying with Bitcoin, meaning no trace back to you. Maybe preferably someone else will pay for it with his Paypal or Credit Card and you give them BTC so you're out of the picture completely.
Sounds very dodgy. I suggest to deal only if you know what you're doing.

Wrong !

Go for alicloud. They allow access to tor.

Thanks.

The Project my client is creating is a BIP32 HD Deterministic Wallet API that runs off the TOR Network. So no... not illegal AT ALL

Looking to pay Bitcoin. Only need for 1 month, maybe more if project turns out successful for client.

Must allow access to Tor Network and not be blocked by provider. (No being used for anything illegal, I just need to use Tor on this project as a test)

PM me and let me know set up times.

if you can offer me alternatives, need to be dedicated though.
