I'd suggest that you maybe outsource the product developement somewhere outside US. I've done so many times. To find out benefits https://diceus.com/offshore-software-development-best-practices/ . The outsourcing team have specific equipment and technical expertise, most of the times better than your in-house team has.

Please drop your CV in here and what your skill sets are.   I am looking for a couple of developers that can develop and code a resilient, high frequency trading system (relational database or key-value for consideration).    KDB+ and Redis considered an asset.   Thank you!
