Look at faucets, dice sites etc., they are all of the same type you wish to have.
I've done plenty of similar setups (referral systems that didn't require registration) both for coin based setups and usd type setups. I however will not / cannot do it for free unlike the other poster in this thread. I'm not sure how to do this without being registration, is there a way to create and track referral links/activity without registration system?
Or, if possible, tracking activity by users entering their bitcoin address before doing the action.

Reply. Sure you can track every referral hit in a database and correspond it with a BTC Address possibly using sessions.
