I'am not sure what kind of projects you are planning to do , if it's bitcoin-related or not . But I would highly recommend you to check oDesk & Freelancer , they are basically the biggest website on the world either to hire or work as programmer, designer , etc ...

I never tried oDesk but it's well known , for Freelancer simply post what you just above or give more informations about what you planning to do on your website / Android,iOS app etc .. How much you are willing to pay and wait for people to contact you Wink
