I was hoping to get some nice pointers from you. I'm new to mining and bought myself some Antminer L3+
Now I am aware of the power and heat problems. I already solved all these issues, but I was not really able to find good infos about mining pools.
There are thousands of threats and pages and its simply to much to read all....
So maybe you can help me
1)
On litecoinpool.org i read 102% PPS. What does that mean?
2)
I know, that the pool fee is important. The less fee you pay, the better, but does it make more sense to pay a higher fee for a bigger pool?
3)
Do you get payed by pools extra if your miner finds the pool, or is it really all Hash combined as "one miner" and the reward divided by the Hash you supplied?
4)
What is a good pool to use?
I want to switch between LTC, BELA, GAME and NVC. I also want the payout to be in the currency and not automatically exchanged in BTC.
Of course I could switch between pools, but maybe its easier if you connect it to one pool and change the coin over the pool interface without needing to change the miners themselves.
Maybe you got a site, explaining or giving nice pointers for this, I was not able to find anything explaining the principals. Its like the saying:
You can't find the forest between all the trees....
