MyEtherWallet for ERC-20 tokens and NEON wallet for NEP-5 tokens have worked well for me.
If your holdings are substantial, do consider a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano S/Trezor.

You need a wallet that mostly accepts ERC-20 tokens, so Myetherwallet is probably the best choice. If you want to get hardware wallet - probably Trezor is going to be your best one.
