There are still things that you have to work on. Please try to improve your web page and make it more attractive because it makes an impression for traders. It has to be catchy and transparent so users will trust you at an early phase. Your homepage must contain all the necessary information about your exchange so things will be clear for users. Traders these days are getting rid of KYC because of identity theft cases so I guess you'll be having a hard time convincing them regarding that matter.

I represent https://www.xpinvest.io/

We're looking for honest feedback on our exchange- what do you guys think of the concept- UX/UI etc. We have free demo accounts so you don't need to give us any money/KYC/information to sign up.

We're just eager to learn how we can make the trading experiences better and build our roadmap accordingly. Highlight of features.

Summary of what is available
Buy vs. Short Sell
Leverage 5X
Oil/BTC pair
Gold/BTC pair
Hang Seng Index/BTC pair
FTSE/BTC pair
Coffee/BTC pair

and a few more. Thanks in advance for your help and honest feedback.

Hello there, the homepage should be more attractive, when do your plan to launch this? How much is your withdrawal, trading fee? I have seen in the FAQ that there is country restriction which is Hongkong and United States? Why? Hope you can allow them as there are a lot of users in those countries. Anyway, good luck!

This is obviously a work in progress so I am expecting that the UI is still going to be improved a lot more. UX is impossible to give or to try since the site, as already pointed out by the previous posters, does not offer much leeway to the tester or visitor. One has to sign up to know how it feels to use the site. The pairs are exciting to me. They are not the typical crypto pairs. I think it would help if this is going to be posted on the exchange section as well.

Is XPinvest Exchange generally like binance or P2P? because when I visit your website I don't find a menu that leads to a chart or place of trading,
if the website is an exchange at least there is a menu to exchange, it must be there to attract traders how your platform is, if interested it will certainly register.

For me the website UI is not look like an exchange, it's just like an ICO website who haven't run their products yet.
You should put the trading page at the main page / Home with the chart movement dynamically, so people will think your website is fast and updated the price in seconds.
This is my personal opinion, cheers.

In my opinion, the biggest change you could make is showing market data on the homepage.(...)
Agree with this. Additional it's more likely transparent. You can see some of the orders or market activities like trades history without logging in or creating an account just to see those kind of data.
Those are important in every exchange because some traders are finding some good UI(User Interface) and trading volumes too.

In my opinion, the biggest change you could make is showing market data on the homepage. If you're an exchange website, you need to make that known as soon as people land on your site. The way it is, it just looks like one of those websites that are trying to convince you to buy something. Shouldn't have to make an account just to see market data.

In my honest opinion your ui is very minimalist, maybe you can create two different trading ui's  basic and advance so that it may look professional and also add more trading indicators I'm not a web designer but it doesn't look attractive. Although I haven't heard much about trading pair BTC and commodity and its new to me, cant find the demo though.

1. No way I'm making an account just to see the exchange UI. Maybe show us the UI without the need of an account? Just like how Binance(https://www.binance.com/en/trade/BTC_USDT) and other exchanges does it.
2. Your home page looks like an ICO's homepage to be honest. Take note of other top exchange's homepages.
3. Move this to the Service Discussion[1] board.

If you want some feedback,  open your website to public, like create a demo account for public. If you really need a feedback from user, don't make us to do some extra actions like creating our own account just to take a look in your exchange.

But the first look especially in your home page, the user interface is good and the forms in your sign up and login are all good, very cold to eyes and look's friendly for newbies.

Your website only showing main of website. If indeed you want to get an opinion, I hope you make everything for "demo live".
login or register feature is required beforehand so annonying because reviewer must provide data on the website. In this case you need an opinion for UI/UX not system.

So to be clear if I create a live account I have to undergo a KYC procedure? If I remember good 1Broker has been offering similar pairs for traders, but they got closed up by the SEC. I'm not sure of the reason, but I think they've somehow let people in US trade on their platform.
