You can't just sit down and expect possible investors to flock to you, explain your business plan and give some more details about what exactly you plan to do with the money and then maybe you'll get some investors.

That's not how it works here. You are asking for an investment but you are not even transparent on what the investors will be investing in. You just say startup and other information will be discussed to potential investors. Put yourself in your potential investors shoes, would you invest your money in a start up that has nothing to show as proof that there really is a plan and no guarantee that investors will gain profit. That's why in this forum, collateral is a must. If you don't have anything to show, better ask your relatives to invest in your business and put them as business partners.

Then should you be posting this in the security section? Regardless, you would need collateral because no one is going to risk it with you, especially since youre pretty much will be taking the same coins and lending that out to people who will likely not pay a thing back, then guess who would be at a loss? Not you, but the "investors". On top of that, what are you bringing to the table because instead of an "investor" coming here and "investing" into your project, they could do the same and keep all the profits. In fact, people here on this forum lends out already, so its not something new.

Is there any Collateral when you invest money in ICO projects? no
You are asking for a loan. And loan needs a collateral from the borrower. Being an ICO team does not exempt you from the "No Collateral = No Loan" rule.

we are decided not to use ICO to find investors
Actually the type of contract between an ICO investor and the team is via the smart contracts on ethereum or any other platform. The collateral in that case is the ERC20 Token if its Ethereum.

So technically speaking:
ICO team is asking for investment. Investors are giving their money and getting a token which is the sign of investment and which will be resellable later on - something like a collateral.

Is there any Collateral when you invest money in ICO projects? no
95% of ICO is not successful
we are decided not to use ICO to find investors

Well, post the details of your coin then.  No ICO ever works unless all the details are posted.

If you don't want to do this, please lock thread (lower left) because you are a newbie asking for money without collateral.

We are looking for investor to create project in a field of cryptocurrency loans
who can help with investments? It will be a startup without ICO and Token sales
more information to potential investors

What security can you provide to the lenders so that they might be interested in lending you? In other words - do you have any "Collateral" to provide your lenders with?

Without any collateral I doubt anybody would be interested in lending you/your project.
