I never saw someone get an investment by being so secretive. When you said you will like to discuss with anyone interested in person, do you mean that you'll meet them in person or you'll discuss privately. If it is in person, it will be difficult for you unless you want to use only your country men in your neighborhood. I assume you want to discuss with the person outside this platform.

You have to understand how sketchy this sounds when someone reads it. Why should potential investors go and extract additional information from you in private just to find out what this is about. It's your job to tell them in advance, if you want the right people to talk to you. Assuming, of course, this is legit, which at first, it doesn't look like it. If I wanted to invest my money, I'd like to know what in, without being tricked into discussing it in private and going in blindly.

I will highlight some of the words that you've used that are very common on scammer posts that' are looking to solicit money here in Bitcointalk:
unique project / huge potential / has all chances to shoot up on a global level, If you're project is that good, give us a hint on what it is, because with thousands of projects in the past that died, natural death chances are this is only a resurgence of a dead project. Prove me wrong by giving us a hint, and do not use the scammer way of PM or add me on Telegram for more info.

Advertising need not be very expensive at all, you could start out with some grass-roots viral marketing machines that teach others how to build such marketing machines themselves for example.

It can be done completely free but if you are in a big hurry a few bucks a month to set up an autoresponder is probably worth doing rather than starting with a free simple mailing-list that doesn't automatically send sequential emails to each new user starting when they subscribe.

I mention some systems like that among the posts in the #galactic-milieu topic on the HIVE blockchain for example.

Such marketing machines are widely touted as able to finance themselves, but realistically it might take you a year or few to get the marketing methods themselves to the point where they themselves are making you a profit independent of whatever you are ultimately using them to advertise.
