And also you are right you don't need to ask for investors here not unless if you plan to be a develope and this really need a millions of dollas of capital and I believe no one can give it here as well no legal will go here and ask for investors without any written agreement and other legalities. Also we have options to earn on real estate without trying to invest in this kind of offers and that is buying a pre-selling house and lot where you can acquire the property at the lesser price or you will look for those foreclose houses which is profitable if you do buy and sell by selecting this option.

Why do you need crypto for real estate investements? If you're doing this sort of business fiat banks and official contracts are the way to go.
Exactly, however the OP might be one of those who are brokers in the real estate business but I would rather use the local authorities to get help than contact someone saying that they are a broker on an internet forum with no past connections to other known users.
