Have a exchange system for points to BTC and vice versa
Good Security.
Lottery system should be like this.
10 Tickets per draw. System automatically selects a number from 1-10. And winerss are credited with points automatically.
How much will this site cost? Is it possible to even make a site like this?

I'm also working on oDesk and found out some jobs about bitcoins. One of the job i saw when i search for bitcoin includes marketing bitcoin site and one employer also is looking for a bitcoin commentator. I didn't bid for them though. Maybe you can search for "bitcoin" in elance.com job search box.
Why don't you try in freelancer sites such as Elance.com? You can try here also (in the Services section), but here the number of clients is much lower than that in the other job-specific sites. And from what I have seen, there is a lot of demand for individuals who are having good knowledge in Jquery and HTML. It might take a while to start up, but once you complete 2-3 projects successfully, the wages will increase by manifold.
since you are into trading maybe fxopen will do for you. you get to earn points while participating in thir forum and you can also trade what you earned.

Im looking for a Job/work on Projects
Last year I got into Bitcoin and Im hooked ever since.
Bitcoin got me more into Computers which made me learn HTML, CSS, HTML5, jquery
plus I also get into PHP and java script, my goal will be programming.
I even decided to go back to school and so Im looking to work on Projects where I can work from home,
may it be translating Websites, making small websites I will do anything because I simply want to get better. and learn more about Bitcoin alts and aswell as programming.
In addition to my above skills, german and english are my native languages.
Im also interesssted to join a work group, right now I spend about 16 hours in front of my PC and learn everything bymyself(youtube and google) which makes it at times boring.
Of course I mainly look to pay my bills but as I said id like to join just to learn.
The other thing that got me is Bitcoin trading, I mostly trade Cryptos on Poloniex, Mintpal, Bittrex so if someone knows something related to Bitcoin trading Im up for it aswell.
