You should have posted a complete detail about the service of project that you're offering so we will understand it right away. We want transparency so you should post a thread regarding the link, the features, salary, profit and how it works.

It would be nice if you tell the forum members exactly what your crypto business is?
Are you buying ICO/IEO/STO shares for a profit?Are you launching your own ICOs?It seems highly unlikely to profit from such activities.If you manage to find a researcher,what will be his average salary?

I believed people like that (legit or not) are lurking mostly in this section finding an opportunity:

The private team I'm part of is looking for someone that is very interested in IEOs. I think there should be a few people on this website with the right mindset and experience in crypto. Disclaimer: this is not a job offer. This is a group of close individuals who work and invest together to get the most out of it.

We've been in the crypto scene for quite some time and we reached the point where we're lacking innovation and creativity. It would be great to see things from another person's perspective. We also do not have enough time on our hands to do general research on (upcoming) IEOs (and ICOs/STOs).

We're looking for an experienced, dedicated and motivated ICO researcher/investor that will research upcoming projects with us, so we can analyse the team and the whitepaper and look if we have connections within that project. If there's enough demand within our team we can try to negotiate a deal for the private (pre-)sale.

Requirements for the task you’ll be performing within the team are: have at least one to two years experience in crypto/ICOs and be able to attend meetings multiple times a week (online). We prefer someone with a business, computer science or IT education and/or with experience in investing in stocks and/or real estate.
Your benefit lies in the fact that you'll be able to participate in the early stages of IEOs. You will be able to invest with us.
